CAMi resources were engaged to provide an operational assessment of reorganisation or facility relocation. Following a decision to stay in the existing facility, the mandate was extended to design interim and final manufacturing layouts and provide project management to upgrade the building, reorganise production to the new layout. This was done without interruption of existing production. Upon completion of the project, the production footprint was reduced by 40% and process labour requirements were reduced by more than 30%.
