Relocated one of Toronto’s landmark furniture retail stores and corporate headquarters from its original location at Yonge and Eglinton to its new home in the industrial park heritage area at 71 Kincort Street. The mandate required the transformation of an existing dilapidated brick warehouse space to what has become an elegant and spacious retail facility, complete with multiple showrooms, warehouse, office spaces and parking. The new building was renovated in record time, and close coordination with Toronto Planning and Building authorities was accomplished throughout a rigorous schedule to ensure the tenant’s efficient relocation.
