As Construction Managers, CAMi provided the site development and building construction for a new LCBO and Tim Hortons. Site development included an inground wastewater system, traffic signalisation , parking and landscaping. Construction of the LCBO involved a full turnkey construction and fitout, ready for merchandising. The Tim Hortons construction provided a vanilla shell ready for fitout.
